BLAST FROM THE PAST! Well, not necessarily the far away past. By ‘past’, I’m referring to May. I completed a project which, along with the work of my class mates, was exhibited in Dewsbury Museum. Making work in keeping with the themes and aesthetic feel of the museum, I took inspiration from the 1940’s school room. Through copious amount of research, I fortunately stumbled on an absolute research gem; a list of school uniform rules from the 40’s.
